Function and usage of the machine
Tool: The maching tool is a kind of middle size universal milling machine. It fits round, angle, shaping and face milling tool to mill surface, groove, angle, edge and gear. Fixed with vertical mailling bit, it can do grooving of various directions. Fixed with rotary table. it can mill annular and arc groove. Fixed with graduated milling bit, it can mill straight and spiral gear under a modulus of four. Due to the wide usage, the machine tool is most suilable for ordinary tool-repairing workshops and prodrction shops of single and small series of workpiece. Hardened and ground table surface. All the main axles and gears are made of heart-treated steels of high quality. So it has high intensity and large loading. All the spare parts are made through precise processing. its precision reachs grade 3 and its surface smooth finish comes up to Ra3.2. |
